Wood and Metal Blinds
White PVC blinds are functional, they’re flimsy and have no flair. They collect dust, their cords get tangled, and there are small light gaps in between the slats. Hunter Douglas takes blinds to the next level: their wood and alternative wood blinds such as Parkland® Wood Blinds and EverWood® Alternative Wood Blinds are available with custom slat sizes, color, paint, and decorative tapes to match your room’s furniture. The de-Light™ feature, unique to Hunter Douglas, eliminates cord holes to decrease light leakage for 50% more superior room-darkening performance than other wood and alternative wood blinds. Hunter Douglas Modern Precious Metals® Aluminum Blinds come in finishes from matte to metallic for clean, streamlined interiors. Besides the de-Light™ feature, Hunter Douglas metal blinds also offers twice the view-through than ordinary metal blinds with the Magna-View® feature.
Sheers and Shadings
For softly diffused light, we carry the Hunter Douglas Silhouette®, Pirouette®, and Luminette® series that combine the softness of shades with the functionality of blinds. Silhouette® Window Shadings are designed with movable S-shaped vanes suspended between two sheers so you can enjoy both privacy and natural light. For ultimate refinement, Pirouette® Window Shadings are attached to an innovative single sheer backing, and like Silhouette® are customizable with Alustra® Collection fabrics, textures, colors, and hardware. Lastly, Luminette® Privacy Sheers offer an astounding 180 degrees of light control for large expanses of glass and sliding glass doors, and its fabric is available by the yard for thoughtful decorative accents like duvets and pillows.

Shutters are some of the most timeless window treatments. Hunter Douglas has developed three shutters that exemplify the window treatment’s enduring popularity. Heritance® Hardwood Shutters are made of authentic basswood and poplar hardwood from sustainable forests and finished with Integra™ Finish for strength and longevity. NewStyle® Hybrid Shutters are made with a wood composite with a polypropylene coating for a shutter with the warmth of Heritance® real wood but with the strength of man-made material. Thirdly, the Palm Beach™ Polysatin™ Shutters offer incredible durability and can endure even in the most humid and hottest climates -- Hunter Douglas even offers a lifetime guarantee that they won’t warp, chip, peel, or discolor.
Motorized Window Coverings
Televisions are turned on by a remote. Doors can be unlocked with an app. Lights can be turned on or off by a mere vocal command. Window treatments can be adjusted by all three: PowerView® Automation from Hunter Douglas allows you to adjust your window treatments with the Pebble® Remote, PowerView App, Amazon Alexa, Siri on Apple, or Google Assistant for maximum convenience.
